JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Eastern Hemisphere Certification Lead, you will oversee the delivery of certification services that support the global ISE Operations and Aftermarket functions. You will apply your technical expertise to compile certification packages in alignment with orders and relevant regulatory and customer requirements. This position requires ensuring that all contractual and regulatory obligations are fully met, which may involve coordinating with Third-Party inspectors to secure necessary release certifications such as CoC, ROE, or Attestation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a team based across the Eastern Hemisphere
• Engage in process improvement initiatives and identify potential enhancements to maintain cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the department's certification output and schedule tasks as needed.
• Oversee documentation from ISE Ops, suppliers, and the warehouse for each order.
• Coordinate your workload with production schedule requirements.
• Review certification documentation from ISE Ops, suppliers, and Third parties before and during the compilation of documentation packs.
• Compile product certification packs, handling associated duties like scanning, typing, and printing.
• Ensure certification packs comply with customer, regulatory, and company policies.
• Facilitate product release and certification delivery to customers via the certification portal.
• Collaborate with Aftermarket, operations, and QA staff to address and resolve documentation issues.
• Initiate and address CAPA/NCRs related to product certification with support from the Cell Leader.
• Coordinate with third-party and customer inspectors for product certification and sign-off, optimizing their onsite time.
• Archive documentation per company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all statutory and regulatory safety and environmental requirements.
• Travel as needed based on business demands.

• Ability to assess and apply technical information and specifications, understanding their impact on certification and order processing.

• Quick learner who can adapt to new challenges and integrate new skills efficiently.
• Strong judgment in decision-making, considering business risks and actions to mitigate them.
• Ability to define, improve, and work within business processes.
• Capacity to recommend and implement departmental improvements and manage workload distribution effectively.
