As an integral part of HoneywellAerospace Technology's global Engineering and Technology (E&T) team, we,Aero China Engineering team, provide world-class engineering and R&Dcapabilities to support Honeywell Aerospace Technology growth including workingwith leading organizations like Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Gulfstream, aswell as COMAC, AVIC, AECC, CETC and CAAC to support the rapid growth of theChinese commercial aerospace industry.

The Software Engineer position isresponsible for performing design and software engineering activities associatedwith Flight Management System, Flight Control System, or Air Data System, whichincludes:
Design, develop, and debug software solutions;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements;
Conduct code reviews and implement testing procedures;
Conduct software test, software/hardware integration test, and System Integration Test;
Issue Investigation and troubleshooting;
Perform Software Certification Activities based on criterion of FAA/EASA;
Ensure timely completion of software projects;

Basic Qualifications
Master's Degree or bachelor's degree (211/985, GPA 3.5+) in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control Engineering, or a related field
Skilled in C/C++, Ada, Simulink, LabVIEW
Willing to choose Avionic Engineering as long term career direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Good Learning Capability, self-motivated

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proactive attitudes on task commitment and strong teamwork mindset

Additional Qualifications
Avionic Systems and Flight Management/Flight Control System Software design and development
Software Life Cycle knowledge preferred
Knowledge of RTCA DO-178B/C preferred
