You'll oversee the vessel's technical condition, ensuring compliance and efficiency while managing PMS, spare parts, and suppliers.

Function description
As a Vessel Technical Superintendent, you will be the first point of contact for the Bridge and Engine Room teams, providing guidance on maintenance, repairs, and safety. Requirements
- Act as the primary technical advisor for the Bridge and Engine Room teams.
- Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, and safe working practices.
- Ensure compliance with technical regulations and operational standards.
- Support vessel fabrication, PMS implementation, and spare parts management.
- Select and manage suppliers and contractors for technical needs.
- Plan and execute maintenance strategies, including training and documentation.
- Collaborate with Operations Management to reduce downtime and inefficiencies.
