How to contribute to our vision

• Assist with non-conformity (NC) reporting and non-conformity cost (NCC) reporting, including data analysis and visualization.
  
  Support the Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) in documentation review, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal standards.
  
  Collaborate with quality experts on projects, contributing to process improvements and quality initiatives.
  
  Manage administrative and organizational tasks related to quality management processes.
  
  Participate in team meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and summaries.
  
  Provide ad hoc support to the team in quality management tasks and accountabilities.

What You Need To Make a Difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for...

• You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus).
• Interest in renewable energy, quality management, and data-driven decision-making.
