As Order Administrator, you will be responsible for a broad variety of administrative and business support related tasks, working closely with Sales and reporting to the Order Management Manager.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Order Fulfillment & Logistics Coordination
In this role, you will be responsible for closely monitoring finished goods orders by coordinating with the logistics team to ensure that customer shipments are managed efficiently and dispatched in a timely manner. Additionally, you will track shipped orders to guarantee that delivery documents are promptly received through collaboration with both the logistics team and customers.
Financial Management & Invoicing
You will ensure that the Goods Receipts (GRs) accurately correspond to the invoices issued for the respective orders, thereby maintaining consistency and accuracy in financial records. Furthermore, you will facilitate timely revenue generation through efficient order processing and invoicing while working with the Finance team to resolve any invoice discrepancies, which will help reduce the company's DSO levels.
Process Optimization & Order Management
Your responsibilities include overseeing the sales POR process to ensure seamless communication between the sales and order management teams, thereby optimizing order fulfillment and driving revenue generation. You will also handle LC/CAD orders to ensure their seamless execution and implement effective date management practices to consistently meet service level targets on customer orders.
Compliance, Risk, & Dispute Management
You are expected to adhere to customer-specific requirements and standards and ensure strict compliance with local and international company trade compliance procedures in all transactions and business practices. In addition, you will proactively assess risks associated with customer orders and develop risk mitigation plans to meet customer expectations. This includes managing the LRC process by monitoring key metrics and creating action plans to address top issues, as well as effectively managing any disputes that arise.

For this Role, You Will Need:
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 3 to 4 years' experience in Order management
- Should be a proven self-learner
- Problem Solving Capabilities
