Essential skills and knowledge
- Lead on-site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company standards.
- Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Provide safety training, mentoring, and guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
- Drive continuous improvement in HSE performance and maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting.
- Support project teams in fostering a safety-first mindset from pre-start through to project completion.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Certificate IV and / or Diploma in Work Health & Safety (Required)
- Demonstrated experience as a Safety Advisor in the Australian Commercial Construction industry, ideally on high-rise or multi-residential projects. (Required)
- In-depth knowledge of current WHS legislation and best practice standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport across all levels of site personnel.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for safety.
