This Position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales strategy for the assigned area. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by determining account and acquisition plans to support growth.
In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Service division at Nashik, India.
You will be mainly accountable for
• Creating, planning, and implementing service sales strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.

Qualifications for the role
• You are immersed in service sales function in switchgear market
• You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Order Intake, Lead Management, Revenue, Product Mix, Margin and Receivables
• You have hands on experience in Go to Market Strategy, Market growth, Coordinating between Marketing & Operations, Forecasting
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MV Switchgear & LV Switchgear, Protection Relays, Circuit Breakers
• You are innovative around Modernization, Care and Advisory
• Degree in Electrical engineering
• You are at ease communicating in English
