Primary Responsibilities:
- General Accounting including JVs, Accounts Receivable, raising invoices, Vendor Payments, etc. and must have substantial knowledge and experience for the same to operate on own independently, without regular supervision. Must also be able to process non routine work as and when it arises.
- Should have good communication skills in English and be able to communicate with, if required, and also communicate suitably with management.
- Must have general Tax knowledge relating to GST and Income Tax so as to meet the compliance requirements of the company and be able to arrive at conclusions and make corrections where required based on available data.
- Must be able to understand existing processes and suggest improvements where required to bring in efficiency and then independently work or lead a team to implement the same.
- Must be able to work remotely through ERP systems.
- Must monitor KPIs and put in efforts to meet the same keeping in mind the Policies and broad guidelines of the company.
- Must be able to assist in statutory audit requirements.
- Must be able to assist in Tax Audit and TP requirements.
- Must be aware of Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and should be able to handle FAR independently.
- Must be able to give feedback / discuss with management and review KPIs and give suggestions for improvement within the scope / area of operations as maybe required.
- Assisting in MIS as per requirements of company.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have at least a Bachelor of Commerce degree and preferably CA Inter qualified.
- Must have a minimum of 07-years of experience in industry with minimum 2 years in Manufacturing entity in the relevant areas. Minimum 03-years of experience if CA Inter qualified
- Must have a good attitude / flexibility and be able to support Manager / Supervisor in his / her area of work by giving suggestions and have the ability to "step in ", if required for short periods of time during absence of other teammates.
- Must be able to work as a team and support other colleagues where required.
- Experience in Engineering/Manufacturing/Oil & Gas is desired.
