This position reports to

Hub Division Controller, IAEN, IMEA

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to provide general administrative services on sales, tendering, service, operations and support functions (HR, Finance, Quality, Logistics and Procurement). The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in Kuwait. You will be mainly accountable for: • Preparing documentation and assisting in researching, compiling, proof-reading and editing re-ports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc. • Implementing ABB processes and engaging with other team members in continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintaining records/databases/filing systems/archives, in electronic and/or hard copy format. • Administrative support performing general administrative activities and providing backup sup-port for others in case of sickness/absence/workload.

Qualifications for the role

• Preferably Graduate in Accounting, Engineering or related fields
• (Knowledge of MS tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Teams, Outlook)
• Good written and verbal communication skills. Arabic and English.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
• No experience required.
