In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive and implement KOB3 growth programs to expand aftermarket business in Korea, Japan, and Taiwan.
• Explore opportunities for aftermarket business by improving the relationship with shipowners, ship managers (fleet manager, superintendent), and partners.
• Drive aggressive booking and sales targets for aftermarket
• Accurately understand customer requirements and create accurate estimates.
• Order handling (Documents, SAP, ITC Screening)
• Work collaboratively with management and colleagues to improve work process.

You take on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm and build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions. You apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals and effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. You consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances. You know the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement. You actively seek new ways to grow and be challenged using both formal and informal development channels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Good knowledge of Shipbuilding Industry, Trade & Engineering will be an advantage.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel.
• Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Korean and English
• Openness to work in a team and be a standout colleague
• Good Leadership
• Prefer having VRC, CMS, CTS knowledge.
• Result-oriented with a clear focus on the given targets
• Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability
