Job Description:

NOV is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the sustainment of Artificial lift down hole and surface equipment. In this role the sustaining Engineering Manager will lead a team of diverse engineers to support already released product to market. This includes maintaining technical documents, engineering design for existing products and support of troubleshooting manufacturing of equipment and reliability.

Qualifications/Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Oil and Gas
• Minimum of Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field
• Proficient in CAD and drafting software
• Strong engineering background with expertise in product design, manufacturing processes, and materials
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret field data and identify root causes of failures
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with multiple teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Excellent project management skills
