We are seeking an experienced Foreman with experience in commercial heating and air conditioning in San Antonio, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recent experience as a Foreman overseeing commercial HVAC projects.

Basic responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC workers
• Develop work schedules
• Ensure projects are at or under budget
• Report project progress to superiors
• Be a liaison between construction workers and supervisors
• Ensure workers are using safety practices
• Perform quality checks

Required skills:

• The ability to communicate in English and Spanish will be a HUGE PLUS
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience with commercial new construction and remodeling
• Excellent knowledge of commercial heating and air conditioning
• Excellent knowledge of commercial blueprints and drawings
