About the Role:

Kariera Group recruitment services are actively seeking a Business Manager –Saudi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to join a Global Engineering Consultancy and working on their major iconic Oil and Gas Project portfolio.

The Business Manager supports the Program Director in proactive Client engagement, maintaining vigilance and sensitivity to client perceptions throughout the life of the program. Interacts with client counterparts regularly with the intent to discover, assess and address relationship concerns early and decisively. Discusses with the client how to any mitigate issues and concerns. Contract Administration including the management of all WERs and PAFs .

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement and Subcontract Support services.
• Project Controls, Cost and Planning.
• Preparation and submission of all weekly and monthly project controls documentation as required by the contract.
• Coordination with Finance for Invoicing.
• Proposal Preparation.
• Training and Development.
• IT & Design Systems.
• Document Control Administration.
• SAPMT Seconded personnel.

Requirements:

•    Experience in offshore industry or similar industry on mega projects.
•    Relevant degree for respective engineering discipline. 
•    Engineering Background.
•    Must be cost conscious and a good understanding of the fundamentals of planning.
•    Essentially skills people management, conflict resolution and excellent communication skills.

•    A background in Project Control is essential.
