JOB DESCRIPTION

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for a Graduate Piping Designer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry to join our team in Atyrau/Almaty/Astana, Kazakhstan (for KZ passport holders).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The preparation of drawings and or modeling related to discipline in accordance with the agreed work scope, man-hours and schedule
• Knowledge of piping materials to carry out design activities within an area of a project and ensure that the technical and safety integrity of the design is maintained and that the Company and Project procedures are adhered to
• To be aware of and adhere to the Company values, systems and processes
• To ensure that the inter-discipline aspects of the design are addressed
• The maintenance of professional standards with regard to both attitude and work

QUALIFICATIONS

• Engineering degree in related field
