This position reports to
Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
IIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and mar-ket) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key support in the as-signed area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, preparing final documentation also event planning The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification business area in Bogotá, Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Create, update, and maintain commercial documentation related to products, sales processes, and customers. • Collaborate with the sales team to generate customized materials for clients and prospects. • Plan and coordinate sales events such as product launches, trade shows, client meetings, and confer-ences. • Propose and implement improvements to internal processes related to document management, communications, and events to optimize the sales team's efficiency.

Qualifications for the role
- You have 2 years of experience in similar positions in the industrial market.
- You are highly skilled in return analysis and measurement of campaigns, press releases, events, advertising and product marketing.
- Bachelor's degree Communications, marketing and advertising, Administration or related
- Good communication skills
- Experience with CRM, SAP
- English skills
