VPS Region NCE represents the corporate product & technology organisation Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) in the 6+ GW p.a. regional business unit Northern & Central Europe (NCE), including about 23 countries with installed capacity across the spectrum of Sustainable Energy Solutions with On- & Offshore wind at the core. Our primary responsibilities centre around technical contracting, technical value engineering, customisation, product integrity, and regional product market requirement management. The Product Integrity team represents the VPS interface to regional organisations and external stakeholders on topics of Product Integrity, including safety, quality, and reliability. It serves as a primary point of contact with internal stakeholders and governance and external stakeholders, including customers, authorities, and external engineers.
We are looking for candidates for the Product Quality & Safety Specialist position located in Aarhus (DK) or Hamburg (DE).

We are looking for candidates for the Product Quality & Safety Specialist position located in Aarhus (DK) or Hamburg (DE).
Responsibilities
- Communicate internally on key Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) cases, coordinate regional inputs and highlight expectations and requirements
- Communicate externally to customers, external engineers and authorities on key CIM cases as well as product compliance cases; participate in negotiations and deliver relevant documentation
- Provide inputs to and review technical customer communication (CIS/TCC)
- Define the scope of third-party interactions, such as DNV verification and approvals
- Provide regular briefings within the region on the operational status of CIM cases
- Focusing on safety-related topics while also addressing broader aspects of product integrity, quality and compliance
Qualifications
- M.Sc. in a relevant field of engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in product development, safety, quality, or similar roles within a technical or engineering environment
- Professional presentation skills with the ability to adjust the level of detail to the audience
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in German would be valuable

- The enthusiasm and ability to work in a diverse and international environment
- Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across functions and other parts of the organisation to deliver results to expectations and beyond
- Project management and communication skills to ensure continuous understanding of expectations, performance goals, and progress
- Organisational skills, especially concerning the alignment of communication and knowledge transfer with different stakeholders and departments
- A strategic focus on simplicity
