Key responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in understanding and assessing Customer's requirements.
- Design jobs for the purpose of providing sales estimates; this would include value engineering, developing the design to a level that will enable robust product, labor and subcontractor estimating.
- Should possess the ability to communicate technical concepts and solutions to internal and external Customers e.g. accompanying Sales to conduct site surveys, accurately reviewing Customer specifications, and with the ability to identify opportunities, risks, and resources required to achieve results within the proposal cycle.
- Select the proper combination of hardware, software, equipment, materials, and services that will deliver the highest value to the Customer while supporting overall Honeywell business objectives.
- Work with Sales Representatives to assess estimating productivity, win rates and facilitate feedback.
Key skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, experience in multicultural environment.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Building Management Systems, HVAC, estimating, selling, project implementation.
- Fluent English and Polish (at least B2).
- Documentation tools expertise (submittals, drawings /AutoCAD/, etc.), MS Office package pro user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
- Field Experience.
