ABOUT THIS HEATING AND COOLING ROLE

Work Schedule & Location: This is a full-time heating and cooling position based in Mt. Prospect, IL, with a typical schedule of 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.

As an HVAC Installer, your day begins bright and early, where you'll:

• Complete installations of HVAC systems and accessories, ensuring top-notch service and safety.
• Communicate directly with customers to address questions and deliver satisfaction.
• Promote additional products and services to enhance customers' safety and comfort.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

Must-Haves:

• Satisfaction in performing high-quality installs and delivering world-class customer service
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for technical challenges
• A team-oriented mindset with coachability and a willingness to learn
• Comfort with hands-on work and getting your hands dirty

Preferred:

• 2+ years of direct HVAC installation experience
