YOUR ROLE AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for:

• Installing residential HVAC systems and related components, ensuring all work is done with precision and according to industry standards.
• Communicating with customers to explain the work being performed, answer questions, and resolve any concerns to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Promoting additional services and products to enhance customer comfort and safety.

Your role will require you to work efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our valued customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Satisfaction in performing high-quality installs and delivering world-class customer service
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for technical challenges
• A team-oriented mindset with coachability and a willingness to learn
• Comfort with hands-on work and getting your hands dirty

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of direct HVAC installation experience

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This is a full-time heating and cooling position based in Mt. Prospect, IL. Typical working hours are from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday.
