DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Relevant experience as an HVAC technician
• Connecticut HVAC trade license
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills

This full-time position offers a 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule with an on-call rotation, ensuring that you have plenty of time for your personal life while still enjoying the benefits of overtime.

Our HVAC Service Technician is responsible for completing high-quality work and providing professional customer service. You arrive at job sites on time and with all the necessary tools in your vehicle. Attentively, you assess and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, explain service options to the customer, and perform exceptional repair and maintenance work. When the job's done, you thoroughly clean your work area before calling our office to provide updates and be dispatched to the next location. You keep your vehicle clean throughout the day and let management know when it needs maintenance.
