JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our software development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring software product quality through testing, debugging, and other quality assurance techniques. The Quality Engineer should have experience in software development and testing and an understanding of software development processes and methodologies. The ideal candidate will also have strong communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing test scripts using Selenium/Cypress.io or any other QA Automation tools.
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and ensure timely and successful delivery of software.
• Working closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of quality assurance processes.
• Create and maintain test plans and standards for software development projects.
• Develop and document automated tests to ensure product quality and verify bug fixes.

Requirements:

• Need 10 plus years of professional work experience in software testing.
• Have a good understanding of framework POM, TestNG, or any other framework.
• Have good hands-on exposure to any of the language Java, Java scripts, core java
• Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
• Create manual test cases as and when as per project requirements.
• Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
• Need experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

1. Test Management Tools: Jira, Zephyr, HP Quality Center, etc.
2. Test Automation Tools: Selenium, Cypress, TestComplete, etc.
3. Performance Testing Tools: LoadRunner, Jmeter, Gatling, etc.
4. Bug Tracking Tools: Bugzilla, Mantis, GitHub Issues, etc.
5. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Tools: Jenkins, TravisCI, GitHub actions, etc.
6. Code Repository Tools: Git, SVN, etc.
7. Virtualization Tools: VirtualBox, VMware, Docker, etc.
8. Engineering degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
