Within the Marketing Base Chemicals division which is in charge of the marketing of olefins (ethylene, propylene and C4) and aromatics in Europe, the Transversal and Simplification Project Coordinator will be in charge of:

• Coordinating and monitoring the project progress included in the Marketing Base Chemicals (MBC) and Logistics Purchase optimization(OAL) departments roadmap
• Providing the necessary support to the project leaders for the implementation of the actions of the better together program
• proposing and supporting the simplification of existing reporting processes while ensuring alignment between the different departments of MBC and OAL. In this context, map the existing reporting and their use, define the needs of different business and propose simplifications of the existing
• Ensuring that the documentation on shared points is updated

The Transversal and Simplification Project Coordinator is a true transversal role which will be in contact with the various commercial, logistics and administrative professions of the department on both the operational and support sides.

This position evolves within a very professional, motivated and united team with a real team spirit in a friendly and modern working environment offered by the new Le Multi building in the city center of Brussels, close to all amenities.

Candidate Profile

Expected qualifications :

• Engineering or Business school degree

Technical skills :

• Lean knowledge
• Basic understanding of finance and management
• Good writing and communication skills

Computing skills :

• Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Power Query

Languages :

• English: level B2
• French: level B2
• Dutch : would be a plus
