You will be our software and hardware expert for electrical products and software-for both commercial and residential buildings. Typical products to support include switches and sockets, lighting solutions, building management system (BMS) integration solutions, KNX product portfolio, and EnOcean product portfolio.

Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our sales organization with special tasks, from system design to trade show preparation.
You will also be instrumental in the rollout of new products, spanning from product-level reviews and documentation checks to software and system-level training.

We are looking for a Technical Helpdesk Support
What you can expect with us:
You will be our software and hardware expert for electrical products and software-for both commercial and residential buildings. Typical products to support include switches and sockets, lighting solutions, building management system (BMS) integration solutions, KNX product portfolio, and EnOcean product portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling complex technical issues from our network of system integrators and wholesalers.
- Diagnosing root causes of problems and providing solutions for our customers.
- Collaborating with all internal departments to facilitate and ensure the processing of customer inquiries.
- Managing customer calls and creating tickets in our Salesforce tool.
- Maintaining and improving performance targets for the helpline and incoming customer emails.
- Planning, organizing, and conducting customer training for supported products/software.
- Developing self-help options such as training materials or documentation for 24/7 customer access.
Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting our sales organization with special tasks, from system design to trade show preparation.
You will also be instrumental in the rollout of new products, spanning from product-level reviews and documentation checks to software and system-level training.
What sets you apart:
- You enjoy helping customers and diving into software-related details.
- You have 3+ years of experience working with automation products, electromechanical products, electrical installation products, or similar.
- You are proficient in understanding English-language datasheets and electrical schematics.
- You have computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft programs.
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
- You are a "teacher" in the way you communicate with others.
Preferred qualifications:
- Formal electrical qualifications or demonstrable experience with a learning aptitude; knowledge of electrical installations, regulations, and standards.
- Customer competence (sales, administration, support), communication skills, and experience in writing reports, letters, and phone communication.
- Independent work ethic, sense of responsibility, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage deadlines and meet metrics.
- Experience with KNX and EnOcean installations, troubleshooting, and basic knowledge of building management systems (BMS); flexibility in handling all tasks.
