Function description

• As a Technical Expert - Gearboxes, you will provide essential support for maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvements. You will specialize within one of our expert domains, such as Gearboxes, Propulsion, or another Supporting system, providing in-depth technical knowledge while maintaining a broad engineering perspective. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of technical challenges related to our cutting-edge vessels and machinery.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (or a related field) or equivalent through experience.
• Preferred 3 years of relevant experience in a technical engineering role (maritime industry experience is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to fleet locations or project sites (20%).
• Fluent in English; verbal and written.
