Airswift is seeking a detail-oriented LEMs Administrator to support our client, an O&G company in Fort Saskatchewan, AB on a 3-month contract.

  • Receive and sort timesheets from vendors.
  • Verify contractors' labor hours, material, and equipment costs against timesheets and vendor contract details.
  • Validate timesheets against the gate swipe access system to identify discrepancies.
  • Approve validated time in the TRACK system for vendor payment.
  • Enter labor hours, material, and equipment costs for non-TRACK vendors into Excel for upload into the Forecaster program.
  • Identify and communicate timesheet-related issues with vendor timekeepers or Shell field leads.
  • Identify contract discrepancies related to the Turnaround event and communicate with the Contracting & Procurement (CP) team.
  • Collaborate with the Turnaround Cost Control Team to identify trends.
  • Assist in preparing daily accruals for vendor time not yet submitted.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by the TCT Lead.

Special Challenges:
  • Identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Managing a high volume of transactions under time constraints.
  • Working extended hours during the Turnaround execution phase (6 days per week, 10 hours per day).
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy due to the critical nature of transaction control.

Experience and Qualifications Required:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with the Turnaround management team, CP team, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Accounting knowledge, particularly in accruals and reconciliations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Previous experience in Turnaround events or the energy industry (preferred).
  • Experience with SAP and Adobe Pro (preferred).

Additional Considerations:
  • Hybrid role - Candidate must have a suitable home office setup.
  • Turnaround execution period (April - June) - Candidate will be required to work 6 days per week, ~10 hours per day.

General Responsibilities:
  • Apply specialized understanding of technical support systems within scope and their business interfaces to implement system changes and processes.
  • Handle various activities within a well-defined area, requiring adaptability in problem-solving.
  • Work within structured procedures and practices while being supervised on progress and outcomes.
  • Autonomously manage responsibilities with periodic guidance on project scope and prioritization.
  • May provide coaching to less experienced colleagues.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on relevant topics within the area of responsibility.
