BL BA - Planning & Fulfilment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

The Planning & Fulfillment Specialist will support the development of the planning and fulfillment-related processes and tools for the Business Line. Supporting performance improvement, including supplier and customer on-time delivery and lead time, ensuring adherence to inventory targets and supply plan optimization. A strong implementation focus, change management, and close collaboration with other stakeholders will be key to success. In this position, you will be reporting to BL BA - Planning & Fulfilment Manager and the work model for the role is: Remote. You will be mainly accountable for: • Performing standard and ad hoc analyses related to P&F metrics, including identifying key root causes for non-performance • Leading/contributing to cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead time, inventory, and forecast accuracy (S&OP) • Conducting financial risk assessments decisions related to inventory, conducting root cause analysis when necessary • Identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions to facilitate information/data and reporting, simplify/digitalize activities • Provide support during the New Product Implementation (NPI) phases by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launch (identifying risks, and supporting corrective actions with regards to P&F activities Process and Data Management)

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in Planning & Fulfillment.
  • Experience in inventory management; Analytics; Processes and proven track record in Planning; Sales & Op-erations Planning, and Execution
  • Knowledge of SAP and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar)
  • Creative, innovative and digitally smart; ownership and problem-solving attitude, result oriented
  • Strong communication skills in English
