This position reports to

Service Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support service sales by handling spare parts inquiries and coordinating the end-to-end customer supply process to ensure high service quality, and customer satisfaction. Each day, you will support the end-to-end product/system/service development process. You will also showcase your expertise by managing spare parts evolution with respect to product/system/service Life Cycle Management shifts. The work model for the role is: hybrid # LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Robotics Customer Services team in Cheonan, South Korea. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assisting in the resolution of customer spare parts issues, mainly quotation area. • Participating in determining sales targets for sales force. • Cooperating to embed spare parts highlights into product/system/service training to internal teams and customers. • Assisting sales and marketing teams in the launch and selling of spare parts associated to new products/systems/services.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree, major in Electrical, Software, Automation related engineering discipline or any equivalences
• 1 - 2 years experience of sales support experiences including quotation
• Understanding of ABB market, main customers, and comprehensive understanding of Robot product would be preferred
• The ability to deal with people and a positive, flexible attitude
• Those who are not disqualified for traveling abroad and are willing to travel for business.
• Intermediate level in verbal and written English, native in Korean
