SalesTraining Specialist

As a Sales Training Specialist here at Honeywell Industrial Automation, youwill be a driving force in the development and execution of strategic trainingprograms that empower our sales team with the skills and knowledge needed toexcel. Your role involves leading the design and implementation ofcomprehensive training strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams,and ensuring continuous improvement in the performance of our salesforce. Inthis leadership position, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing saleseffectiveness, driving employee development, and contributing to the overallsuccess of the Industrial Automation organization.

You will report directly to our Sales Excellence Directorand you'll work out of our CH3U location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of our sales team by:
- Leading the development and implementation of sales training programs andinitiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify training needs andcreate customized training solutions
- Designing and delivering engaging and interactive training sessions,workshops, and webinars
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making continuousimprovements
- Providing guidance and support to sales trainers and training coordinators
- Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in sales YOU MUST HAVE

- 5+ years of sales training or related field
- Demonstrated track record of designing and delivering successful salestraining programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional designmethodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at alllevels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
