Airswift is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated FAT System Specialist who will work for a global engineering company with offices in Bulgaria, Sofia for 3 months. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of Instrumentation engineering principles, FAT/Hardware and general equipment, software or systems. As the FAT System Specialist, you would ensure all systems meet predefined specifications and function correctly.
Responsibilities and scope of work

• Fundamental HSE requirements: Details of fundamental requirements...
  Awareness of HSE issues in design.
• Execution of hardware FATs for control and safety systems.
• Monitoring of tests carried out by the supplier: testing of inputs/outputs and verification on the synoptic of proper assignment and animation.
• Management of test progress.
• Signing of verification sheets issued by the supplier. Identifying points to be addressed if necessary.
• Follow-up on the resolution of outstanding issues.

Professional Skills and Experiences

• Experience in conducting FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for control, command, and safety systems.
• Experience in refineries, chemicals, or gas industries.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• AutoCAD (Basic or advanced knowledge depending on the task)
• Software specific to control and security systems (such as SCADA, PLC programming tools)
• Familiarity with project management tools or systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.)
• French speaker with good command of English language, as some supplier documents are in English.
• Good communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Relevant engineering degree or equivalent and considerable technical experience in a similar role.
• Post graduate qualification or equivalent in Engineering
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a similar position.
• Minimum 5 years' experience.

Language required:

• French - National or Fluent.
• English - Intermediate level minimum.
