This position reports to

Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your role and responsibilities

1.Monitor daily order progress, identify order importance and urgency, communicate with customer about order status in time, ensure the delivery of the orders are according to customer request and stay in schedule. 2.Coordinate to access order change or cancel impact according to customer request(delivery date, price, product information, etc.) and implement it. 3.Monitor stock status, follow up customer delivery schedule, make sure to clear the long time stock. 4.Provide commercial documents(include LG, LC documents), test report and other customer requested documents. 5.Participate or organize contract review meeting or risk review meeting before sign contract. Support on bidding document preparation. 6.Coordinate to arrange customer FAT, factory visiting, customer visit, push delivery, ect 7.Familiar with customer requirement and collect relative feedback, coordinate with related resources to drive process optimization. 8.Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to arrange delivery according to customer delivery request, include shipping marks, delivery note request. 9.Follow up customer AR and overdue AR payment schedule. 10.Finish other work arranged by line manager.

Qualifications for the role

  • -Sc. Bachelor degree or above,
  • -Major in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, business management or project management.
  • -Five (5) plus years of project management experience.
  • -Communication and negotiation skill.
  • -Drive on problem solving skill.
  • -Master the general trade and commercial knowledge.
  • -Mechanical or electrical engineering background, ability to read the drawing is preferred. -Motor and generator product or industry, application knowledge is preferred.
  • -English CET-4 or above, fluent in both spoken and written English
  • -Proficient in computer skill and familiar with SAP
  • -Good personalities, conscientious, open-minded and self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skill and good project and time management skill; adapt to travelling frequently.
