Your role and responsibilities

Looking for your next challenge? This is it! We're building RUN Services, and we need a hands-on leader who can drive operations, optimize IT service delivery, and mentor a high-performing team. We're looking for a great attitude backed up with real-life examples of how you've been proactive in developing or improving a service, solving critical challenges, or driving operational excellence. If you're someone who loves solving technical challenges, scaling services, and making a real impact, we want to hear from you! In this role, you lead and mentor a team of 4-8 operations professionals, ensuring smooth service delivery and technical excellence. You own and optimize IT operations for key applications, ensuring high availability and resilience. You act as the escalation point for complex issues, guiding Operations Managers and driving problem resolution. You define, monitor, and improve KPIs, keeping everything on track and running at peak performance. You streamline application onboarding into RUN Services, ensuring a fast and efficient process. You manage vendor relationships and SLAs, ensuring the best possible service. You enhance automation and ITIL processes, making operations smarter, not harder. You drive innovation, helping shape the future of RUN Services as we scale.

Qualifications for the role

• To thrive in this role, you bring at least seven years of IT experience, including two to three years in a leadership role. You have deep technical expertise in ITIL, DevOps, Cloud (Azure/AWS), and infrastructure management. You possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale IT services. You are an exceptional communicator, able to explain complex IT concepts and lead a multinational team. You have experience in vendor and SLA management, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• You are proactive and adaptable, ready to build, improve, and take ownership. If you hold certifications in ITIL, Cloud, or Project Management, that's a plus.
