In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Recruit, Develop, and Mentor technical talent; Primarily experienced Applications Engineers with unique existing expertise spanning multiple products, target industries and geographies
• Build and maintain the team's overall expertise and technical leadership on Emerson Test & Measurement products and their applications
• Collaborate with Business Managers, Sales, Marketing & R&D teams to align the team's execution to growth strategies and short term business needs
• Engage with sales to drive mutual understanding and prioritization of efforts to achieve shared business goals
• Manage ambiguity and drive change management as business strategy evolves
• Drive engineering execution excellence in all areas of the team
• Handle special projects or tasks as assigned by management

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in Engineering
• 5+ years of team or project management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%), both domestic and international

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• 10+ years experience managing an engineering, application, or technical sales team
• 5+ years experience managing a distributed team across a larger geographic region
