Job Description:

The Clerk is responsible for providing general office support, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data entry and maintain records.
  • Sort and file documents.
  • Handle correspondence and assist with emails.
  • Provide general office support (e.g., photocopying, scanning).
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
  • Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in an office environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Eligibility:
  • Open to Saudi nationals or expatriates currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
