About the role
Airswift is looking for a skilled SAP Equipment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and enriching data related to our field facility equipment. This includes but is not limited to Tanks, Generators, Separators, Desiccant Dryers, Heaters, Chemical Pumps, Coolers, Amine Towers, Ultrafabs, and Combustors. Your work will be essential in building and maintaining a comprehensive dataset within SAP, supporting maintenance planning, and helping achieve our business unit goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and compile equipment data from various sources, including manuals, specifications, maintenance records, vendor documentation, equipment crews, and onsite discovery.
- Input and maintain accurate equipment information in SAP to ensure up-to-date records.
- Standardize and normalize equipment data for consistency and usability.
- Research and enrich existing equipment data with technical specifications, performance history, and maintenance requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to gather and validate data.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures.
- Maintain documentation for data collection and management processes.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in our equipment information management system.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent data entry and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in database software and data management tools.
- Strong research and information-gathering abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Experience with industry-specific equipment.
- Familiarity with industry standards for equipment data.
Education & Experience
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: 0-5 years of related work experience
- Completion of IADC Rigpass, SafeLand, or Expand Energy-approved equivalent orientation is required for this role.
