Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced PLM Program Manager to lead the Global PLM Program Management within the ABB Electrification (EL) business. You will lead identification, planning, and coordination of a set of related projects within the PLM and Engineering Applications domain and maintain the strategic view over the set of projects, providing the framework for implementing business initiatives, or large-scale change, and communicating the vision of the program outcomes and associated benefits. Location: Europe The Program Manager will drive the following activities: • Manage project teams of internal employees and external resources with different skill sets and drive them to successfully deliver the business projects which typically involve migrating data, systems and users from different locations to the Windchill PLM system. • Accountable for the program execution according to agreed requirements (budget, time, functionality, quality, customer satisfaction) from project planning, controlling and active risk management to successful project completion including timely updates to customers and ABB management about possible deviations. • Responsible for demand management by capturing the business requirements and managing business expectations by completing all projects with high customer satisfaction. • Drive Works with ABB Business users to identify current and future customer business requirements and operational functional requirements and ensure the implementation based on gathered needs. • Collaborate with key business and IS stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment and to support an ongoing program of change to improve customer-oriented services, processes, and products as prioritized based on business needs. • Responsible for efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring target-oriented, efficient and open communication and cooperation throughout the entire project team. • Accountable for the vendor management related to the projects • Responsible for an intensive cooperation with all ABB departments from engineering to manufacturing to improve and optimize existing PLM functionalities. • Serves as the key contact for the program stakeholders, and as escalation point for project issues.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Windchill PLM, with 7 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Management with full-scope implementations of PLM systems, CAD data management, product data management, data migration, integrations, and associated networking systems
• Many years of experience in the implementation of Windchill methods and systems
• Excellent communication (written and Oral) and leadership skills paired with quick comprehension
• Teamwork, Adaptability, Analytical Thinking, Client Focus, Business Processes understanding
