This position reports to

Customer Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power Business Division in Parañaque City, Philippines. You will be mainly accountable for: • Manage clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.) to allow order execution in the system. Liaisons with customers in case of inexecutable request dates/quantities to ensure on time deliverability according to customer needs. Monitors and escalates cases and repetitive discrepancies as needed. • Provides appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the requests (e.g. order changes, order completion, expediting, credit management, tracking and communication, blocks and suspensions, etc.). • Monitor the status of orders to ensure the delivery of goods and services within the contractual date. Proactively provide the order status and updates to customers. • Collects and archives documentation regarding the orders and records assumptions and decisions taken during the process in the systems in scope of responsibility. • Tracks regular target performance (e.g., KPI on cycle time on order entry) and provides results to management. Coordinates with relevant process owners, external partners and customers the necessary actions in order to achieve business targets. • Abides to the company's rules and regulations pertaining to Safety, ABB's code of conduct & ABB Value Pairs.

Qualifications for the role

  • Diploma/Degree qualification
  • Minimum 2 year's working experience in a Customer Service role
  • Experience and good knowledge in using MS Excel and Office Application
  • ERP experience (SAP experience is preferred)
  • Good command of English in both oral and written
  • Able to converse in other languages such as Japanese or Korean is advantageous as there will be liaison involved with Japanese/Korean speaking customers
