Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage the creation, update, maintenance, deletion, and delivery of master data while ensuring that it is consistent and trustworthy. Each day, you will provide support for master data management processes. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in programs to optimize business functions through data driven insights. The work model for the role is: #Li_hybrid #Li_remote This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: • Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer and product master data, resolving any discrepancies. • Load data into databases and systems, ensuring proper formatting and supporting documentation uploads. • Regularly update, clean, and maintain data records to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Analyze data quality, generate insightful reports, and identify trends to support decision-making. • Implement data quality checks using KPIs and collaborate with team members to improve standards. • Communicate master data changes effectively to stakeholders and ensure data integrity across teams.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in master data or data management.
- Proficiency in data management tools, software, and database management systems.
- Skilled in data analysis using tools like Excel and SQL, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Verbal and written fluency in English is a mandatory requirement.
