Civil Work Supervisor

Airswift is seeking for Civil WorkSupervisor work in Oman with Oil & Gas Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overseeing the execution of civil engineering works, ensuring compliance with design specifications, schedules, and safety guidelines. The role involves managing contractors, coordinating with project teams, and resolving site-related challenges.

• Supervise civil works, including excavation, concrete structures, and foundations.
• Monitor contractor performance to ensure work meets quality and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate records of progress.
• Coordinate with engineers, procurement teams, and project managers.
• Identify and resolve construction issues promptly.
• Enforce compliance with HSE policies and safety protocols.

EXPERIENCE:

• At least 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in LNG or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of civil works, safety standards, and construction techniques.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software and reporting tools.
