Activities
As a Junior HR Business Partner, your primary responsibility will be to support four Senior HR Business Partners with their daily HR tasks which could include, but not limited to:
* Scheduling interviews and interview document prep
* HR Information System onboarding and data entry.
* HR document control and electronic filing/organiz ation.
* Other general HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Candidate Profile
As one of TotalEnergies' six refining and petrochemicals platforms worldwide, the Port Arthur Platform has a daily processing capacity of over 200,000 barrels per day and is our largest facility in the United States. The refinery can process heavy crude oil as well as lighter domestic crudes. It also has a dedicated unit to produce low-sulfur fuels, which reduce greenhouse gas emissions. We own a steam cracker in a joint venture with BASF that can transform a wide range of feedstocks such as ethane, propane, butane and naphtha into ethylene, propylene, butadiene, and other chemical raw materials.

Experience:
* One to three years of relevant experience preferred.
* Bachelor's degree (or in progress) in human resources, c ommunications, or a related field preferred.
* Advanced digital filing experience a bonus, but not required.
Skills:
* Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentialit y and exercise discretion.
* Ability to work as a team and support multiple business partners.

Note: This is a temporary/contract position with an estimated duration of 12 months based in Port Arthur, TX.
