Your role and responsibilities
Job Profile Summary: Supports the defined Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process in their assigned area. Brings new business/customers and improves the existing ones by supporting the Sales organization with relevant knowledge of products and markets. Core Responsibilities: • Participate in Sales Strategy Discussions: Engage in sales strategy discussions for the assigned area, agree on short-term and long-term goals, and negotiate the division sales budget. • Create Sales Plans: Develop division sales plans for the area in coordination with the Sales organization. • Analyze Market Needs: Analyze customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization. • Ensure Efficient Marketing Actions: Implement efficient marketing actions (e.g., product launches) and communications to the Sales organization and customers, communicating the value proposition of products, systems, services, and packages. • Support Sales and Technical Teams: Assist the Sales organization, customers, and Applications engineering teams in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support during meetings, product presentations, and negotiations, and provide product/solution/service-related training in specific areas. • Negotiate and Define Transfer Prices: Negotiate and define transfer prices, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for the global product group. • Manage High-Value Customer Cases: Take ownership of specific high-potential/value customer cases/opportunities to ensure efficient customer satisfaction and issue resolution.

Qualifications for the role
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Proven experience in participating in sales strategy discussions and creating sales plans.
- Market Analysis and Technical Support: Strong ability to analyze customer needs and competitor offers, and provide technical and commercial support.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
- Industry Experience: Experience working with rotating equipment and large motors.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and define transfer prices, manage high-value customer cases, and provide technical support and training during meetings and presentations.
