This position reports to
Head of Communication, Motion Services division
Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for defining and executing global marketing communication campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate business impact. You will manage and take ownership of marketing communications initiatives for Motion Services portfolio to support the business growth. You will work closely with global and local teams, and external partners to ensure our messaging is aligned with business objectives and resonates with our target audience. This role is open globally, but location is set in division key locations such as Italy (Sesto San Giovanni), Finland (Helsinki), Sweden (Vasteras), US (New Berlin), Spain (Madrid) and Turkey (Istanbul). The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid You will be mainly responsible for: • Developing and executing global marketing communications campaigns that align with ABB Motion Services business objectives, ensuring alignment with the Motion business area. • Collaborating with Strategic Marketing and regional teams to define annual campaign themes based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities. • Establishing primary campaign goals, such as brand awareness, lead generation, market expansion, and customer retention, ensuring localization in collaboration with country teams. • Designing an integrated campaign framework covering paid, earned, shared, and owned media to maximize reach and impact. • Creating a cohesive messaging framework to maintain a unified brand voice across all communication channels. • Partnering with Product Marketing and Strategic Marketing to ensure messaging highlights value propositions, competitive differentiators, and customer pain points. • Working closely with Marketing Automation and Digital teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting structures for campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or related roles.
- Proven ability to develop and execute global marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content development and messaging.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Proficiency in English. Any additional language is a plus.
