Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively. The work model for the role is: {onsite/hybrid} {insert Linkedin #} This role is contributing to the Robotics product. (based in Bac Ninh) • Leading the project team allocated to the project. • Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. • Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. • Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow • Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer • Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction • Ensure quality/continuous performance • Control project documentation, ECN and COR management. • Seeking more commercial opportunities during project execution

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical
- PMP certificate holder is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, NPI project experience in Electron-ics/3C field preferred.
- With experience in engineering of automation system project
- Fluent English & Chinese communication skills both in speaking and written
- Be able to travel locally and aboard up to 80%
- Successful experience of project management in relevant company
- Knowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws (preferred)
- Having working experience in foreign companies (desired)
- Having knowledge of financial management is preferred
