The NA Product Analyst role includes leading finances for Product/MRO business in PSS US Operations. Will also work closely with the Project Finance Manager, the Manager of Sales Order Management and the Finance Innovation Audit & Tax Manager to achieve US Operations goals and financial results.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Provide financial mentorship to the US Operational teams
• Lead, analyze and report the US Operations Product P&L & POR
• Coordinate completion of certain financial packages and exhibits
• Develop, consolidate and review budgets, financial and forecasting packages for total US Operations
• Oversight of various balance sheet accounts
• Support internal and external audits
• Review and coordinate consolidation of key management reports including KOB and Product Group
• Build and maintain internal P&Ls for multiple business segments
• Support new business system implementations from design thru testing
• Oversight of inventory and product standard costs
• Coordinate close activities, reporting and analysis across business functions including supervision and coordination of activities performed by Global Business Services
• Other job duties as required

For This Role, You Will Need:

• More than 4 years of experience in Accounting / Finance with a bachelor's degree in a business-related field (accounting or finance preferred) or + 3 years of confirmed experience with MBA or CPA.
• The ability to prioritize and lead multiple demands and efficiently handle and work as part of a team and interact across business functions/units.
• Occasional travel may be required (up to 20%).
• Communication skills to optimally connect with all levels of the organization
• Occasional travel will be required.
• Interpersonal skills: customer focused, positive attitude, team manager, good discernment, problem solver.
• Computer skills: Strong MS Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Advanced English skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Oracle or other ERP comparable business system solid understanding
• Power BI experience, advanced data analysis skills
• Experience with HFM
