As a Sr Integrity & Compliance Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring ethical business practices and compliance with laws and regulations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance programs, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on ethical standards. Your work will contribute to maintaining Honeywell's reputation as a trusted and responsible company.You will report directly to our Director of Global Investigations and work out of our Chihuahua, Mexico location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the organization by promoting a culture of integrity and compliance, identifying and mitigating compliance risks, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies

• Conduct investigations into alleged violations of ethical standards and compliance issues

• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks

• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and recommend improvements

• Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations relevant to the business

• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities and findings

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, ethics, or related field

• Strong knowledge of laws and regulations related to compliance

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
