Your role and responsibilities

Join Our Global Adventure! Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with an international company? We're looking for dynamic Electrical Engineers to join our team and gain firsthand experience through challenging and impactful assignments. ABB offers a unique chance to join the prestigious Discovery Graduate Program in the Marketing & Sales Division of the Electrification Business Area. This 24-month rotational program aims to enhance your sales, marketing, leadership skills, and ABB product knowledge. Starting with a June orientation alongside fellow participants, this global program focuses on early talent training, personal and professional growth, and networking. Throughout your journey, a dedicated program manager will provide support and guidance. • Global Experience & Assignments: Immerse yourself in diverse projects across multiple businesses, including possible overseas assignment. • Technical & Market Expertise: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding global standards, market trends, and competition. Ensure our technical solutions shine across our product portfolio. • Sales & Marketing Support: Be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts. Support our sales team, attend customer meetings, and represent us at trade shows. Help create impactful marketing programs and training materials. • Professional Development: Grow with us through formal training programs, regular performance feedback, and engaging social events. Qualifications for the role

• Qualified Electrical Engineer
• Up to two years of professional work experience, preferably within the electrical industry
• Strong motivation to acquire new skills and knowledge
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel and a strong motivation to invest in your career
