This position reports to

Local Division Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Motion products within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion business area in Chile. You will be mainly accountable for: • Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy. • Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers. • Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. • Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed. Qualifications for the role

  • Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (in progress).
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the market (mandatory), demonstrating advanced skills in drives (mandatory).
  • You are engaged in working with power electronics and have experience in the Chilean market, particularly in mining, pulp, and paper industries (desirable).
  • You are at ease communicating in intermediate English.
  • You hold a valid Class B driver's license (mandatory) in Chile.
  • You are willing to travel across Chile 30-40% of the time.
  • You are passionate about proactivity, collaborative work, and building strong relationships.
