JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service team across the KSA.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of service and support services.
  • Develop and implement service strategies to meet client needs and organizational goals.


Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of service professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.


Client Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.


Operational Excellence:

  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., sales, engineering, logistics) to streamline service operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.


Financial Management:

  • Manage the service operations budget and ensure cost-effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
  • Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.


Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in service operations management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of managing service teams and delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting.


Knowledge of the KSA region and its unique market dynamics is highly desirable
