Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop an effective Large Motors & Generators sales strategy within the specified market scope and maintain it, to improve ABB's market penetration and realize growth aspirations. Each day, you will define, plan, lead, and ensure the execution of sales strategy to achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets for products, systems, and/or services to ensure sustainable order growth, revenue, profitability, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by leading, developing, and coaching the Sales organization (other sales managers and sales specialists within scope) to achieve the sales targets, through high performance. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Large Motor & Generator in Jakarta, Indonesia You will be mainly accountable for: • Develop and execute targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth, capture new business opportunities and achieve segment - specific sales target. • Anticipating and identifying the shortfalls in performance and takes appropriate remedial actions, proactively. • Identifying and evaluating new opportunities with existing and potential customers, determines plans for implementation, and allocates required resources while develop and execute targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth, capture new business opportunities and achieve segment - specific sales target. • Planning and executing customer surveys and acts on the survey results to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the role
- A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
- You have at least 5 years of experience as Sales or Business Development including key players, regulatory environment, and emerging trends for Large Motors within Power/Utility market
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and technologies used in the utility industry. Electrical engineering background or technical certification is highly preferred.
- You are at ease communicating in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives and key customers
