Service Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilities
Within the local Electrification Service business units, we provide our customers with high-quality service solutions for medium- and low-voltage switchgear, backup power systems, visualization, and digital solutions. Through a competent and service-oriented approach, we maintain strong and lasting partnerships with our customers. As a Service Sales Support Specialist, you will prepare offers, clarify technical details, and support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of our products with tailored service solutions. With your commitment and expertise, you will ensure professional offer preparation and consistently high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will play a key role between sales and project execution. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with service sales, project management, engineers, and technicians, continuously develop your technical expertise, and contribute to optimizing the quotation process. Direct customer contact for specific inquiries may be required. The position is ideally planned with a workload of 60% until the end of 2025 and can be increased to 100% from 2026 - or as agreed. Work model: #hybrid • Processing quotation requests and preparing sales documentation • Defining key components and services based on customer requirements • Verifying technical feasibility and availability of solutions • Creating cost calculations as a basis for customer offers

Qualifications for the role
- Successfully completed basic training in electrical engineering, ideally with further education (TS, HF, FH)
- Extensive expertise in power supply and distribution, preferably in switchgear, backup power systems, or medium-voltage technology
- Experience in using Office tools and cost model calculations
- Team-oriented, integrity-driven, and responsible personality
- Independent, flexible, and customer-oriented working style
- Very good German and good English skills, French is an advantage
