This position reports to

APAC Pricing Mgr & Product Marketing Mgr

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Sales organization and customers throughout the sales process by adapting ABB's products with customer applications to meet their requirements/specifications. Each day, you will select optimized products and technology for adaptation, prepare relevant documentation, and serve as a key technical resource for the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities by proactively prospecting, networking. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be mainly accountable for: • Developing and implementing solutions, product packages, and software applications with your team. • Understanding customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicating the ability of ABB's solutions to address those needs. • Coordinating the product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of ABB's solutions. • Supporting in preparing sales proposals and negotiating contracts to secure new businesses.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or a similar technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Smart Building technology.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels, from technical staff to decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a customer-focused manner.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
