Asa Senior Inventory Control Assistant here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in optimizing inventory management and ensuring efficient DistributionCenter operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the cycle countprogram for the Socorro, Tx Honeywell location. Your primary objectives willinclude leading and executing our cycle count program, troubleshootingIT/System transactional issues, and investigating inventory discrepancies, leadongoing physical inventory counts. By leveraging your experience in inventory/warehouseoperations and supply chain management, you will develop and implementinventory strategies to meet our business objectives.

You will report directly to our Plant Manager, and you will work out of ourSocorro, TX location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the manufacturing and business operations atHoneywell. By effectively managing inventory accuracy, optimizing supply chainprocesses, you will improve customer satisfaction, minimize operation andmanufacturing times.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage cycle count program.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize accuracy.
• Lead counting activities on yearly wall to wall inventory.
• Collaborate with other site team members on issues and improvements.
• Monitor inventory performance and implement corrective actions
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventorymanagement

YOUMUST HAVE

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory planning or supply chainmanagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools
• Excellent communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
